Your first visit, without the guesswork.
Everything you need to know about appointments, emergency care, insurance assistance, payment options, and patient privacy before visiting our office.
Our team believes a strong patient relationship begins with clear expectations, honest communication, and time to answer your questions.
Good dental care begins before treatment does.
If you are new to Country Club Dentistry, we would like to welcome you and thank you for trusting us with your dental care.
We believe the best outcomes begin with a shared understanding of your concerns, your priorities, the condition of your oral health, and the options available to you.
Your appointment is an opportunity to ask questions, explain what has brought you to the office, and begin building a personalized plan with Dr. Rod Strober and our team.
We start with understanding—not assumptions.
The details of your appointment depend on why you are visiting, but the process is centered on listening, evaluating, and explaining.
Tell us what brought you in.
Explain your concerns, symptoms, previous experiences, and what you hope to accomplish.
Receive an appropriate examination.
Dr. Strober evaluates the areas related to your visit and may recommend imaging or additional diagnostic information.
Review what we find together.
Your condition and treatment choices are explained in clear, straightforward language.
Build your personalized dental plan.
Timing, priorities, costs, insurance considerations, and payment options can be discussed before treatment is scheduled.
You should understand your care before agreeing to it.
We welcome questions about your diagnosis, treatment choices, timing, financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and what you can expect throughout the process.

Emergency appointments during office hours
If you are not yet an established patient, our team will do its best to accommodate urgent dental concerns during regular office hours.
Call the office first
Contact us at (760) 832-7915 so the team can understand what is happening and provide the appropriate next step.
A life-threatening emergency, severe trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or difficulty breathing requires immediate emergency medical attention. Call 911.
We help with the claim. Your policy determines the benefit.
Our team is happy to help you use your dental insurance and navigate the administrative steps connected with treatment.
Dental benefits vary widely. Coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, annual limits, deductibles, frequencies, and reimbursement amounts are determined by your individual policy.
Develop your personalized dental plan
After Dr. Strober evaluates your needs, the team can review the recommended treatment, priorities, expected timing, and available financial arrangements.
Review available benefit information
When benefit information is available, we can help explain the estimate provided by the insurance carrier. An estimate is not a guarantee of payment.
Prepare and submit your claim
We complete the dental claim using the appropriate procedure information and submit it electronically or by mail when necessary.
Apply insurance payment or reimbursement
Some plans pay the dental office. Others may send reimbursement directly to the subscriber. Any remaining balance that is not paid by the insurance plan is the patient’s responsibility.
Preauthorization is not the same as guaranteed payment.
Insurance carriers may change or reduce a payment after reviewing a claim, even when treatment was estimated or reviewed in advance.
Some plans, including certain Delta Dental of California arrangements, may send reimbursement directly to the subscriber rather than the dental office.
We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier directly when you need detailed confirmation of your plan’s benefits and limitations.
Choose the payment approach that works for your treatment plan.
CareCredit
CareCredit offers financing options that may allow qualifying patients to divide eligible treatment costs into monthly payments. Promotional options, interest rates, approval, and repayment terms are established by CareCredit.
GreenSky Patient Solutions
GreenSky financing may provide qualifying patients with installment, fixed-rate, or promotional payment options. Availability, approval, interest, deferred-interest terms, and repayment requirements are determined by the financing provider.
CareCredit and GreenSky are independent third-party financing providers. Financing is subject to application, credit approval, provider terms, and the specific promotion selected. Country Club Dentistry does not determine financing approval or lending terms.

01 Does Country Club Dentistry accept dental insurance?
We help patients use their dental benefits by preparing and submitting claims. Coverage and reimbursement depend on the individual policy, and any amount not paid by insurance remains the patient’s responsibility.
02 Does an insurance estimate guarantee what my plan will pay?
No. Benefit estimates and preauthorization are not guarantees of payment. The carrier makes its final determination after reviewing the completed claim.
03 Will the office submit my insurance claim?
Yes. Our team prepares the claim using the applicable treatment information and submits it electronically or by mail when necessary.
04 What happens if my insurance sends payment directly to me?
Some plans send reimbursement directly to the subscriber. When that occurs, the patient remains responsible for payment to Country Club Dentistry according to the financial arrangements made for treatment.
05 What payment methods are accepted?
Country Club Dentistry accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
06 Are financing options available?
Third-party financing may be available through CareCredit and GreenSky Patient Solutions. Approval, promotions, interest, deferred-interest terms, and repayment requirements are determined by the financing provider.
07 Is emergency care available after office hours?
After-hours emergency assistance is available for established patients of record. Call the main office number and follow the provided instructions.
08 What if I have an urgent concern but I am not yet a patient?
Call the office during regular business hours. The team will do its best to accommodate new patients experiencing urgent dental concerns.
