Urgent appointments during office hours

We help with the claim. Your policy determines the benefit.
Our team is happy to help you use your dental benefits and navigate the administrative steps associated with your treatment.
Coverage, reimbursement, exclusions, deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, and frequency limitations are determined by your insurance policy.
Develop your dental plan
Once your needs have been evaluated, we can review recommended treatment, priorities, expected timing, and financial arrangements.
Review available estimates
When benefit information is available, we can help explain the estimate provided by the insurance carrier. An estimate is not a guarantee of payment.
Prepare and submit paperwork
Our team completes the dental claim using the applicable procedure information and submits it electronically or by mail when needed.
Apply insurance payments
Some plans pay the dental office. Other plans may send reimbursement directly to the subscriber. Any remaining balance not paid by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
Preauthorization does not guarantee final payment.
Insurance carriers may change or reduce payment after reviewing a completed claim, even when treatment was estimated in advance.
Some insurance arrangements, including certain Delta Dental of California plans, may send reimbursement directly to the subscriber rather than the dental office.
We encourage patients to contact their insurance carrier directly when detailed confirmation of benefits or limitations is needed.
Flexible ways to move forward with your care.
CareCredit
CareCredit may allow qualifying patients to divide eligible treatment costs into monthly payments. Promotional financing, interest rates, approval, and repayment requirements are established by CareCredit.
GreenSky Patient Solutions
GreenSky may provide qualifying patients with installment, fixed-rate, or promotional payment options. Approval, interest, deferred-interest terms, and repayment requirements are determined by the financing provider.
CareCredit and GreenSky are independent third-party financing providers. Financing is subject to application, credit approval, provider terms, and the promotion selected. Country Club Dentistry does not determine lending approval or financing terms.

We help patients use their dental benefits by preparing and submitting claims. Coverage and reimbursement depend on the individual policy, and any amount not paid by insurance remains the patient’s responsibility.
